At Your Car Gadget, we want you to shop with confidence. Since our products are sourced from trusted suppliers such as CJdropshipping and AliExpress, our return and refund process follows their policies:

1. Order Delays & Non-Delivery

  • Orders shipped to the USA are considered delayed if not delivered within 45 days after dispatch from the warehouse (CJ standard).
  • If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, we may request official documentation from the local post office before approving a refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please provide photos or videos within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on the case.

3. Incorrect or Missing Products

  • If you receive the wrong item, missing parts, or the incorrect size/color, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Depending on the case, we will resend the item, send missing parts, or issue a refund.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before processing.
  • Once processing/shipping begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.

5. Returns

  • Some suppliers (CJ/Alibaba sellers) may require the item to be returned to their warehouse in China.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • An incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer.
  • Refusal to accept delivery.
  • Failure to pick up the package in time.
  • Minor cosmetic issues (wrinkles, slight scratches, etc.).
